The students below came from homes across Bokaro Steel City, the industrial heartland of Jharkhand. From Bokaro's DPS to India's most prestigious management school, Anshika's journey reads like a masterclass in ambition. She spent four years at Tata Administrative Service before moving to Lightbox Ventures as VP in private equity. Today she has co-founded Unlock Capital, a specialist mid-market secondaries fund.
MSc Biotechnology from IIT Bombay, research at IIT Delhi and Washington State University, now working at the bleeding edge of Spatial Transcriptomics and AI-driven Precision Medicine.
